just a Survey. pls give comments

Hey Guys this is my first post here lols!

Anyways i wanna ask u ppl some questions.It's rather sensitive but pls do not be like," Choy! Wat the hell are u talking about" Cos this will happen to anyone of us sooner or later.

This is just a very simple question.
I just wanna ask...
"Do you know What to do when your loved ones passed away?"

"Know What to do" as in do u know what is required for you to do for the deceased.
Eg, Matters regarding government side, funeral prepartions and Costs for such stuff.
